1. Service
PSD Mockup Designer provides custom Photoshop PSD mockup creation and related image-editing services based on the requirements agreed with the client.
2. Project requirements
The client provides accurate product images, artwork and any other information needed for the project. Delays in receiving required material may affect delivery time.
3. Pricing
A standard custom PSD mockup costs $15 (USD) per mockup. A mockup that needs Extra Removal (removing an object, logo or design element from the supplied image) costs $20 per mockup. Multiple mockups, bulk orders or unusually complex products are quoted and agreed before work begins.
4. Sample, approval and payment
Before any payment, the client receives a watermarked sample made from their product image. If the client approves the sample, payment is made through PayPal. The final unwatermarked PSD file is delivered after the payment is received. No payment is required for a sample that is not approved.
5. Turnaround
Standard mockups have a 24-hour turnaround, counted from the time complete materials are received. Complex or multiple mockups may take longer, and the timing is confirmed before work starts.
6. Revisions
Two rounds of minor revisions within the originally agreed scope are included. Major changes, new product types or substantially different requirements may require an additional fee.
7. Client materials and rights
The client must have the necessary rights or permissions to use any product images, logos, artwork or other materials supplied to us.
8. License and use of the PSD
After payment, the client may use the delivered mockup for their own business, marketing and client work. Reselling, sharing or redistributing the PSD file itself is not permitted.
9. Portfolio use
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, completed work may be shown in our portfolio for promotional purposes. Clients may ask for confidential work not to be displayed.
10. Refunds
Because payment is made only after the sample is approved, refunds are not normally needed. If the final delivered file differs materially from the approved sample, contact us and we will correct it or agree a fair resolution.
11. Limitation
We make reasonable efforts to deliver work according to the agreed brief. We are not responsible for problems caused by inaccurate client information, unsupported software behavior, third-party services or materials supplied by the client.
