Do I have to order before seeing the result? +
No. Send your actual product image first. I prepare a watermarked sample from your product so you can judge the quality before paying anything.
How much does one mockup cost? +
A standard custom PSD mockup is $15. If your product image needs Extra Removal, such as removing an unwanted object, logo or design element, it is $20. For several mockups or complex products, message me for a quote.
How long does it take? +
Standard mockups have a 24-hour turnaround from the time I receive your product image and brief. Complex or multiple mockups are confirmed with you before work starts.
When and how do I pay? +
After you approve the sample. Payment is made through PayPal, and the final unwatermarked PSD is sent once the payment arrives.
What is Extra Removal? +
Extra Removal covers additional editing on your supplied image, such as removing an unwanted object, an existing product logo or a design element, before the mockup is built.
What do I receive? +
A layered, editable Photoshop PSD with a Smart Object for your artwork, realistic lighting and shadows, and clearly named layers. Two rounds of minor revisions are included.
Can I use the mockup for client work and commercial projects? +
Yes. You can use the mockup for your own store, your clients and your marketing. Reselling or redistributing the PSD file itself is not allowed.
What should I send? +
A clear, high-resolution photo of your product, your logo or design, and a short note about what you need. Good lighting and a straight view of the product give the best result.
